Terms of use

These terms govern your use of Scale Ludo ("the platform"), operated by Scale Us Technologies LLP. By creating an account you accept them.

Eligibility

• You must be 18 or older to play coin matches.
• Coin matches are a game of skill. Where local law restricts such games, you must not play them. Free play remains available.
• One account per person. Multiple accounts, shared devices for coin matches against yourself, or any collusion leads to a permanent block and forfeiture of coins.

Coins

• 1 coin corresponds to ₹1 for the purposes of entry fees and payouts. Coins have no value outside the platform and cannot be transferred between accounts.
• Purchased coins are for gameplay and are non-refundable except as described in our refunds policy.
• Only coins won in matches can be withdrawn.

Matches and fees

• Entry fees are held when a match starts and released to the winner when it ends.
• The platform deducts a service fee (currently 7%) plus applicable GST from the prize pool and issues a tax invoice to the winner.
• Leaving a coin match, or missing three consecutive turns, counts as a loss.
• If a match cannot be completed due to a platform fault, entry fees are refunded.

Fair play

Dice rolls are generated server-side. Any attempt to manipulate the client, automate play, or exploit a bug results in a block. See fair play.

Liability

The platform is provided as-is. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the coin balance in your account.
