Refunds & payouts

Coin purchases

• Coins are credited after payment is verified — instantly for card payments, within minutes for UPI once you submit the UTR.
• If a payment succeeded but coins did not arrive within 24 hours, contact support with the UTR; we will credit or refund it.
• Unused purchased coins are not refundable once credited, except where required by law.

Match entry fees

• Refunded automatically if a match is cancelled before it starts or cannot be completed because of a platform fault.
• Not refunded if you leave, time out three times, or lose.

Payouts

• Winnings can be withdrawn to your UPI ID above 100 coins. After a win, a payout is requested automatically; you may cancel it and keep the coins to play.
• Payouts are sent within 24 hours, usually much sooner. You will see the UTR in your wallet once sent.
• Payouts to a wrong UPI ID you entered cannot be recovered — please double-check it in your profile.
