Privacy policy

We collect the minimum needed to run the game: your mobile number (for login), a display name and avatar you choose, your UPI ID if you request payouts, gameplay records, and payment references.

How we use it

• To sign you in with a one-time code and keep your account secure.
• To run matches, keep leaderboards and settle coins.
• To process purchases and payouts and issue GST invoices, which we are legally required to keep.
• To prevent fraud (for example, detecting accounts that play against themselves).

What we do not do

• We do not sell your data.
• Your mobile number is never shown to other players; leaderboards show only your display name and avatar.

Third parties

SMS delivery (MSG91), payment processing (Razorpay, when enabled) and advertising partners (Google AdSense, when enabled) receive only what they need to provide their service. Ads may use cookies; you can manage them in your browser.

Retention and deletion

Gameplay and financial records are retained as required by tax law. To delete your account, contact support@scaleus.in from your registered number.
